Courtney obtained her Real Estate license in 2004 upon graduating from the University of Puget Sound. She has listed and sold hundreds of homes in Thurston, Snohomish, King, Pierce, Thurston and Lewis counties.
Born and raised in Olympia, Courtney has roots that run deep with Olympia and its surrounding communities. Her grandfather was the advertising director for Olympia Beer and her father, CEO of Holly Homes, developed many residential and multi-family homes throughout the greater Seattle area.
She has a background in interior and architectural design and offers free staging consultation. Courtney comes highly recommended for ability to prepare, stage and execute marketing plans.
